BILLY BIBBY & The Wry Smiles

(Former Catfish & the Bottlemen)

As co-founder and former lead guitarist of one of the UK’s hottest bands, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Billy Bibby is no newcomer to the British music scene.

What began as a solo acoustic endeavor has transitioned to a full band experience.

Bibby prides himself on making those records that everyday people will understand and resonate with. Influences from such greats as Elvis Presley, Noel Gallagher and Mark Knopfler most prominent but not defining on his singing and song writing style.

"A damn fine writer!"- Adam Walton, BBC Radio Wales

"incredible talent that begs to be heard. It won't be long before audiences are singing and dancing along to these songs" - Julie Blore-Bizot, Writer, XSNoize.com and Indiemusic.fr

"I am really impressed with Billy Bibby's music" - John Rose, host of Hidden Treasures of Rock'N'Roll, UIC Radio, Chicago

SPARK THE SAIL

An up and coming pop-rock/alternative band from Bristol. With more hooks than a fishing trip this band deliver agonizingly catchy tunes, sure to be stuck in your head for weeks to come! Fronted by the talented duo, Ryan and Jodie and backed up by Robbie, Mitch and James this 5-piece look set to take on the world, having already shared the stage with acts like The Hoosiers, Dub Pistols, Tinie Tempah and captivated audiences at The Isle Of Wight festival 2015. The band's infectious brand of pop with attitude is already making waves in the UK music scene. Spark the Sail recently released their debut EP "Sapphire Deep"

"Having already appeared at the Isle Of Wight festival it’s easy to imagine the band becoming festival favourites with their contagious dual vocals, spiky rhythms and energetic beats. Catchy and compulsive" Pete Whalley - Get Ready To Rock

"Their infectious treats pay homage to early Panic At The Disco and bands that are ingrained in that genre. A genre that infuses poppy hooks and contagious lyrics that will cater to the pop - punk fanatic" Uberrock

ANNA PANCALDI

Last year alone, unsigned/unmanaged Anna self-released her debut EP soaring to no.6 in the singer-songwriter itunes chart sandwiched between James bay and Ed Sheeran. Anna sold out her debut London headline show at Servant Jazz Quarters, has appeared and featured on the likes of Tom Robinson's BBC6 music as a Fresh Fav, BBC London and London Live. She toured the UK playing at festivals such as Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party and Cambridge Folk Festival and supported Paper Aeroplanes, Skinny Living and Hunter and the Bear.

She also filmed with Levi's as part of their brand new lot 700 jean campaign for which they used the track she wrote and performed on. Anna has just finished recording her second EP with James Kenosha (Rhodes, Gavin James) .

Anna has just launched her own infusion of gin, named 'Joe's Gin' after her brother, who made elderflower cordial as a child. 'Joe's Gin' is elderflower infusion made by the brilliant Mason's gin, who's gin is sold in the likes of Harvey Nichols.

"Anna Pancaldi shines through from the pack... we know the boys had it all their way in 2014 and now the girls are fighting back. Looks like Anna's about to charge through chaps." Record of the Day

“With the emotive presence of Eva Cassidy and the folky soul of Joni Mitchell…” Emerging Icons

"And Promise We’ll Never Grow Old gives us a tantalising glimpse into just what she can do – it’s a wonderful, cinematic ballad which calls to mind a slightly folkier version of Ren Harvieu, all topped off by Anna’s stunning vocals." BBC 6 music, Fresh Favs
