Palumbo and the Funk

Big original sound, based on the old school. Palumbo provides the rock. The band provide the funk ! They incorporate "Sgt. Pepper" and James Brown esque horn lines, funky rhythms and big riffs, as well as 3 part vocal harmonies.

Winner of the 'Jazz/Funk/Fusion EP' section at the 13th Independent Music Awards. They've performed in Vienna, Paris and Geneva and numerous festivals in Australia.

Alex Hulme

Folk pop singer-songwriter, loop station addict and odd socks enthusiast. His work has received critical acclaim from the likes of Ultimate Guitar. He conquers the intricate layering of loops on a live stage that would put many to shame. He's a regular performer at Discovery events, Liverpool Sound City and Kendall Calling. His new Ep is produced by Ciaron Bell .

"A beautiful song and a wonderful melody" Sir Paul McCartney

"A great voice and a great understanding for melody" Billy Ocean

"His ability to command the room was nothing short of remarkable..." Bido Lito Magazine

Andrew Maxwell Morris

Singer/Songwriter playing a new genre of Americana, with influences from Neil young, Bob Dylan and Ryan Adams. Self Released debut album ‘Well Tread Roads’ has received critical acclaim as an honest and heart warming collection of songs.

"This album is quite simply stunning with thoughtful intelligent lyrics, caressing melodies and, despite some of the subject matter, not an ounce of maudlin to be seen...One of 2014’s best albums” Americana UK

"‘Well Tread Roads’ warms you up, holds you close and makes you feel richer for having encountered it. Each of the 10 songs cradled in the lyrics and melodies so thoughtfully written and steadfastly felt. This album haunts you with the echoes and essence of Neil Young & David Gray whilst inspiring your heart to surrender all its questions and find its own way home” Fresh Independance

"'Andrew Maxwell Morris' debut album, Well Tread Roads is, frankly, brilliant. Throughout, you can hear the heart of the song.. he's introduced some wonderfully subtle extra instrumentation that serves to enrich the music, without detracting from the songs or making them sound any less intimate” Sound on Sound

Cara Mitchell

Since her first appearance at Discovery 2 when she was just 16, Cara Mitchell has gone from strength to strength, completing two full UK headline tours as well as countless support slots with the likes of Simone Felice, Gemma Hayes, Little Comets, Rachel Sermanni and Fatherson . Now 19, Cara has just released 'Afraid Of The Dark' - her second EP to much critical acclaim including being named in the Top 15 EPs of 2014 by Rave Child. “Check her voice. There’s something a little bit Bjorky about that. That was not like one of those people that go on TV talent shows and sound like everyone else. She has a totally unique voice and thats the kind of thing we like to promote on BBC Introducing”- Ally McCrae – BBC Introducing – BBC Radio One

"With such soft, lush tones to her voice, Cara could probably sing the phonebook and have lots of success. It is an added bonus that she is such an accomplished songwriter." For Folks Sake
